Pathways to Creative Youth Work is a two-activity training course designed to increase the effectiveness of youth work practice by developing and using creative skills and arts-based methods. It is structured around an adaptation of Steven Covey's "7 Habits" model for youth work.

The course takes place across two residential mobilities (one in Germany, one in Italy/Sardinia) and includes self-directed learning. It focuses on applying the 7 Habits to youth work principles, utilizing methods such as stories, music, visual arts, and theatre.

The training emphasizes non-formal education, experiential learning, and reflective practice. Recognition of learning outcomes is offered through tools like Youthpass and a badge-based system. The aim is to equip those working with young people with skills to make their work more effective, engaging, and creative.
