Feb 2025 Finding Your Voice & Pathways Erasmus+ Projects
Funding is awarded for delivery of the well established Finding Your Voice & Pathways Erasmus+ Projects in Germany.
Nov 2023 Delivery of Stage Craft 23 in Hof Germany
Our first Erasmus+ Project using advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills for youth work, combining approaches such as theatre, comedy, storytelling, psychology, sociology, education, music, social and creative community work.
Oct 2021 Beasily UG formed in Hamburg
A return to our Heimat Hafen sees Matthias become Director, to lay the foundations for future growth.
2018-2021 Viva La Musica with SALEM Ecuador

Supporting the community center in Mindo, Ecuador, focusing on improving music education and creating spaces for music and performance. Expanded S!NGlish repertoire and developed projects combining music, singing, and dance.

2016-2022 Partnership with Coyote Initiatives CIC UK
Participated in Erasmus+ courses, learning the full scope of running Erasmus+ projects from Application to Final Report stage. Courses: Creative Potential, EnAct, Finding Your Voice, Stage Craft, Culture Garden, WellBeing101
2012-2017 Collaboration with the Geschwister Gummi Stiftung
A partnership with a local Social Services company, using music to engage young people in the region. Various music, theater, career development projects with a continued focus on English tutoring and afterschool care.
2012-2015 The BeAT BUS

Mobile Music teaching service for young people. drum circles, sound meditations, theater & music workshops, Singlish: teaching English and foreign languages through song.

5th  of May 2011 Beasily Musik founded in Kulmbach, Germany
Beasily started by running 1-1 and small group music and sound classes for young people and adults in Kulmbach.

Matthias is co-founder and managing director. He is a passionate art donor and investor in the education of young people. Matthias is CEO of icompetence.de and galeriepostel.de

Ollie

Founder, Trainer & Managing Director

Ollie is an international community music specialist with a wealth of experience working with children, young people and communities in making music and co-creating songs with meaning.

Ollie has lived and worked in Germany for over 20 years, teaching languages to young people in Ecuador through singing and songwriting. Ollie brings empathy to his approach to music by sharing knowledge and skills and empowering people to create without judgement.

MAFALDA

Trainer

Mafalda Morganti is a dedicated Italian trainer and youth worker specializing in drama, theatre, and improvisation techniques to foster social inclusion and personal development among young people. 


Her expertise extends to Live Action Role-Playing (LARP), which she integrates into non-formal education settings to enhance communication skills and self-expression.


Mafalda has been actively involved in various Erasmus+ projects, including "Finding Your Voice," a course aimed at empowering youth through creative storytelling and performance, organized by BeASILY. Additionally, she has contributed to "StageCraft for Youth Workers," a training program that combines theatre, comedy, and storytelling to develop advanced communication and facilitation skills among educators. Through her work, Mafalda continues to inspire and equip young individuals across Europe with the tools to express themselves and engage actively in their communities.



Mafalda is passionate about using storytelling and performance as tools for education and empowerment, she has worked extensively in Erasmus+ projects that integrate drama and LARP into youth work. Through her involvement in international training courses, she helps educators and young people explore identity, social change, and participation using immersive and interactive techniques. Mafalda's work bridges the gap between artistic expression and non-formal education, making learning more engaging and impactful for youth across Europe.



Mafalda specialices in drama and theatre, storytelling, and communication skills. She has co-facilitated several Erasmus+ training courses, including "Narratives for Social Action," which focused on using storytelling to combat intolerance and promote democratic values among youth workers. Additionally, she was part of the training team for "START ACTING UP," a blended course exploring applied theatre as a tool for youth participation and political engagement. Mafalda's expertise in drama and theatre has been instrumental in fostering social inclusion and active citizenship among young people across Europe.


REBECCA

Trainer & Projekt Manager

Rebecca is currently studying for her Master's degree in International and Intercultural Social Work.

She has been working full-time and on a voluntary basis in international youth work and European political education for several years. 

She has experience in the organisation of national and international youth exchanges as well as digital youth work formats.

Buzz

Trainer & Senior E+ Advisor 

Buzz Bury is an experienced and qualified Youth & Community Worker from the UK.

He has a wealth of UK and International Youth Work practice experience that includes: Youth Club and Project management, Youth Participation, Young Artists Development and Health Promotion, Principal Youth Work Manager, International experience and now an established International Youth Work Trainer. He was one of the founding members of the International Youth Work Trainers Guild and still an active member.Buzz has always been a creative practitioner and seen first hand the benefits of utilising the arts in youth work practice. He has a wealth of experience in establishing community radio, podcasts, DJ Training and youth theatre. Buzz is passionate about ‘world music’, and has been a director of a world music community organisation, realising African Drum Circles, Community Samba Band, events and activities and now writes for Songlines and has organised an international music festival. 

He is an active Arts Award Adviser in the UK and in the past been a trainer and moderator for the Arts Award.  

He has been an early adopter for badge-based learning and recognition. He is now active in supporting several Cities and Regions of Learning and championing the opportunities it provides organisations and young people.

Buzz now acts as an ‘International Advocate’ for BeASILY which involves promoting the work that BeASILY does, celebrating the outcomes BeASILY achieves and supporting international partnerships and projects that further the opportunities for the network of young people, workers and organisations connected with BeASILY. His dedication and strategic approach make him an invaluable asset to BeASILY, supporting youth workers and leaders, artists and creatives worldwide.He has regularly trained and facilitated a range of learning experiences for us, that has included StageCraft for Youth Workers, and now part of the delivery team for Finding Your Voice and Pathways to Creative Leadership. .

STEVEG

Trainer & Senior E+ Advisor 

Steve is the founder of Coyote Initiatives CIC. He is a trainer, project manager, creative, youth worker and music producer with over 20 years experience. 

Originally a professional DJ and music producer, Steve moved into youth work, using music as a tool to engage young people with fewer opportunities in Leicester, UK.

After moving to Scotland in 2005, he developed youth, music and film work in the North of Scotland and nationally, working with a wide range of creative organisations, third sector organisations and government organisations.

In 2009 Steve began working as a project co-ordinator within Erasmus and soon became a trainer, graduating from Salto ToT in 2013/14. Since then, Steve has been a successful trainer within Erasmus, working with many organisations across Europe and beyond.

In 2016 he co-founded Coyote Initiatives with Beasily founder Ollie Clubb and DJ partner Courtney King and has developed and delivered training courses through Coyote from 2016 to 2023.

STEVEB

Trainer & Course Designer

Steve Burns is a dedicated professional with a rich background in youth work, training, and therapy. His career spans from an industrial apprenticeship to roles in the charity sector and inner-city social services, culminating in 18 years of impactful work with young people.


Currently, Steve serves as a trainer, therapist/coach, and youth worker, blending expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, and life coaching. He co-leads Torch Beam Training and Development, a Lancashire-based partnership offering accredited NLP courses and personalized coaching services. Steve is also a counsellor at The Streetlife Trust, contributing to the organization's mission to support vulnerable youth. In the international arena, Steve collaborates with Think Forward C.I.C., a Community Interest Company focused on personal and professional development for those working with young people. He is a key trainer in the Erasmus+ project "Pathways to Creative Youth Work," aimed at enhancing creative approaches in youth work across Europe.


CARMINE

Trainer & Course Designer

Carmine Rodi Falanga is an experienced trainer and facilitator who has been actively involved in European educational and mobility programs such as Erasmus+ since 2002. He has co-founded organizations like Cooperativa Muovimente in Italy and Vice Versa CZ in the Czech Republic, aiming to create engaging and inspiring training solutions for both young people and adults.

Since 2021, Carmine has served as the director of the Prague branch for Europass Teacher Academy, where he continues to contribute to the professional development of educators across Europe. His approach combines experiential, story-based, and game-based learning methodologies to foster personal and professional growth among participants.

Carmine has extensive experience in Erasmus+ educational programs since 2002. He specializes in designing and delivering innovative training courses for educators, youth workers, and professionals across Europe. As the director of Europass Teacher Academy in Prague, he leads engaging Erasmus+ courses on topics such as storytelling, game-based learning, and personal development.

One of his standout courses, Stage Craft for Teachers, focuses on helping educators improve their public speaking, confidence, and classroom presence using techniques from theatre and performance. Through his experiential and story-driven approach, Carmine empowers participants to enhance their teaching methods and communication skills, fostering deeper engagement and learning outcomes.
