For artists and creative youth workers
We are now starting to offer national support and professional development opportunities for artists actively working in realising creative opportunities with young people in Germany. Through our membership network for artists, we aim to create international learning and development opportunities. As well as offering professional support and guidance in working with young people.

This includes supporting artists to better understand youth work principles and practice, designing and facilitating non-formal learning opportunities, how to build valued voluntary relationships with young people, promoting personal and social development and change and building pathways for the European Training Strategies Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally.
More specifically:
- Facilitating Learning
- Designing Programmes and Projects
- Managing Resources
- Collaborating in teams
- Communicating meaningfully
- Intercultural Sensitivity
- Networking and Advocating
- Assessing and Evaluating
- Civic Engagement
As well as youth participation, legalities, values and ethics, safeguarding, human rights and global development issues.
